It's been an exhilarating year at Heartland. We’ve experienced the College's first-ever presidential transition and celebrated the completion of our strategic College Development Plan. New programs and facilities have been added to our Normal campus, expanding our ability to support access to higher education and excellence in teaching and learning with an enhanced focus on student and community success. Our Lincoln and Pontiac Centers continue to enthusiastically serve our Logan and Livingston County residents. The College also embraced a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to purchase 96 acres of land adjacent to our existing Normal campus, helping us plan thoughtful, incremental growth as we respond to the emerging needs of our growing and thriving community.
Heartland Community College has been hard at work to ensure we offer the most up-to-date programs, services and resources in 21st Century education. As we approach HCC's 20th anniversary, we appreciate the opportunity to share our accomplishments with you for the first time in an online format. On behalf of the Heartland team, thank you for your interest and support. We hope you enjoy this overview of our recent work* (available in PDF format, 1.6 MB, 28 pages) building bridges to community and personal success. Enjoy!
